Sossusvlei

Sossusvlei is situated in the southern area of Namib Desert, Namibia. It is the most attractive area for visitors to Namibia. Sossusvlei means Dead-end-Marsh. Sossus means "dead-end" and Vlei means "Marsh". Sand consists of highly concentrated iron. So, oxidation takes place. 


These are the highest dunes in the world. The highest dune has a nickname of Big Daddy. It is 325 meters high. Most animals live here like Mammals, Reptiles, and Jackals, etc. 24°C is the average temperature of this desert. In winter, the temperature is round about 10°C. In Summer, the temperature is round about 40°C. 


The shape of the Sossusvlei is elliptical. It has rich salty sand. It is counted in the most photographed area.

Beauty of Hunza Valley (Pakistan)

Hunza is a valley in the  Gilgit-Baltistan region  of Pakistan. It is occupied by Kashmir. Hunza is situated in the northern part of Pakistan. It is bordered with Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan. The Hunza valley is situated at an elevation of 2,438 meters. Geographically, Hunza consists of three regions:  Upper Hunza  " Gojal "  Central Hunza  "Hunza Valley"    Lower Hunza  "Shinkai" This valley has different pretty natural scenes that attract tourists. Burj Khalifa  is known as  Burj Dubai  because it is a skyscraper in Dubai,  United Arab   Emirates . It is counted in the tallest building of the world due to its height of  829.8 m . It has been the tallest structure. Its construction started in  2004  and completed in  2005 . It took five years to build it. It was opened in 2010 as a part of new development known as  Downtown Dubai . The government decided to construct it to gain International Recognition. The old name of this building was Burj Dubai but later it was named Burj Khalifa. This building broke many records of height as the tallest building in the world.
